Shortcode Styling

Shortcodes are a type of design shortcut that provides the capability to expand your content styling and page layouts without having to know any sort of HTML coding or other programming skills. But just like all of Venture’s other design features, if you do know HTML, PHP, CSS, and Javascript you can edit and create an unlimited number of custom styles to suit your needs.

Inserting styles starts by clicking a single toolbar button.

Using the shortcodes is easy thanks to a point-and-click interface that walks you through each step of a shortcode’s options. And with more than 100 style options, that means you don’t have to memorize dozens of option parameters.

Use the navigation to your right to explore all of the different styling options you can achieve using shortcodes.

How Shortcodes Work

Using the point-and-click interface, inserting style shortcodes is a simple three step process and only two of those require you to do anything; select which styling feature you want to use, select which options to use, and the system does the rest.
