    Youth Ensembles

    Young Strings Orchestra (26 weeks, grades 2 – 4)

    The junior music program offers a unique and exciting environment for young musicians that focus on early to late beginners. With a curriculum geared for success, positive experiences are provided in which participants will gain a sense of accomplishment.

    Intermediate Chamber Orchestra (26 weeks, grades 5 – 8 )

    The intermediate music program offers a unique and exciting environment for gifted elementary and middle school age students. We introduce a limited number of wind, brass, and percussion students into this ensemble with a curriculum geared for success. Positive experiences are provided in which participants will gain a sense of accomplishment.

    High School Orchestra and Chorus (26 weeks, grades 9 – 12)

    The high school music program offers a unique and exciting environment for high school age students. ensembles include a full orchestra, chamber ensembles, and a full chorus, all with a curriculum geared for success. Positive experiences are provided in which participants will gain a sense of accomplishment.


    Young Theatre Arts

    Theatre Arts students from grade 3 through 12 will be completely immersed in the exciting work of theatre and begin experimenting with the building blocks of performance. Contact the eduction manager for more details.

    Repertory Theatre Production (six weeks, grades 9 – 12)

    Experienced students focus on the further development of their acting, voice and movement skills through their intensive work on a short nonmusical play with modest technical support.

    Theatre Ensemble (three weeks, grades 3 – 12)

    Students work closely with their instructors and one another to develop an understanding of the nature of collaborative ensemble work in theatre.

    Musical Theatre Production (six weeks, grades 3 – 12)

    Experienced students focus on the further development of their acting, singing and dancing skills through intensive work with a team of instructors. Students participate in staging a musical production with modest technical and design support.

    Musical Theatre Workshop (three weeks, grades 3 – 12)

    Students will explore the musical theatre experience through work on songs, foundational acting techniques and choreography.


    Annual Nutcracker Production

    The dance program offers a curriculum designed for the trained student who wishes to experience participating in a professional production. Auditions are held each September and all students accepted into the production are expected to attend every performance. Contact the eduction manager for more details.
