Meet An Artist programs provide in-school visits by trained artists to interact and educate students about the performing arts and the live concert experiences.
Artist specialists teach about, create interest in, and develop appreciation for the performing arts in order to make students’ experience at our program events more meaningful. Each season, artist specialists serve more than 3,000 children through preparatory and post-concert classroom visits.
The artist specialist program holds its own training lectures, scheduled throughout each season. These lectures feature world renowned arts educators and curriculum specialists.
